■ Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
In principle, once the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is promptly destroyed. However, the following information will be retained for the period specified for the reasons mentioned below:
A. Reasons for Information Retention According to the Company’s Internal Policy
- Even after a member has withdrawn, to prevent the recurrence of misuse by bad members, to resolve disputes, and to cooperate with requests from investigative authorities, the Company may retain the member’s information for oo years from the date of termination of the usage contract.

■ Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
The Company, in principle, promptly destroys personal information once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows:
- Destruction Procedure:
The information provided by members for registration or other purposes is transferred to a separate database (or a separate document case for paper records) after the purpose is achieved. It is then stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant legal reasons (refer to the retention and usage period) and subsequently destroyed.

- Alternatively, you can contact the personal information protection officer by mail, phone, or email, and we will take immediate action.
- If you request correction of an error in your personal information, we will not use or provide that personal information until the correction is completed. If the incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will immediately notify the third party of the correction results to ensure correction is made.
